Incident Summary 9 April Day

9th April 2021

06:45 The Crescent, North Rigton

Two crews from Harrogate and one from Knaresborough attended a fire to a conservartory on a property. The consveratory and ground floor were destroyed by the fire. There was 100% smoke damage to the first floor and 25% fire damage. The cause is believed to be electrical. 4 breathig appratus, two hose reel jets, triple extension ladder, door enforcer and thermal imaging camera used

12:07 Kyle Way, Nether Poppleton

A crew from Acomb attended a single vehicle road traffic collision. The occupants were out of the vehicle on the arrival of crews. Crews isolated the electrics Small tools and spreaders used.

12:30 Fletton Road, Norton

A crew from Malton attended an incident where two children had become stuck in a bathroom of a property. Crews were able to gain entry via the bathroom window and released the chidlren. Triple extension ladder used.

A crew from York used ring cutters to remove a ring from a person's finger

16:09 Mawson Grove, Thorton Le Beans

Two crews from Northallerton and two from Ripon attended a road traffic collision involving a vehicle that rolled against the garage of a neighbouring property and ended up on its side. Two occupants of the vehicle were trapped. Crews extircated both casulties and handed them over to paramedics. Crews used spreaders, saw, triple extension ladder, hose reel jet
