A crew from Scarborough attended a fire in a rear garden. The fire was out on the crew's arrival, they gave advice only

11:52 Spring Bank Close, Ripon

A crew from Ripon were requested by the RSPCA to rescue a cat that was stuck 20ft up a tree. Ladders and reciprocating saw used. Photos by the RSPCA available on twitter.

12:35 Pickering- false alarm

14:07 Blenheim Terrace, Scarborough

An officer attended reports of loose scaffold boards. The boards were made safe.

14:15 Northallerton- false alarm

15:23 Wide Lane, Speeton

A crew from Filey attended a chimney fire. They extinguished the fire using chimney rods and adapter. The cause is believed to be an accumulation of soot

15:56 Lawrence Street, York

A crew from York were called to reports of a fire to items on an electric hob. The fire was out on their arrival so an inspection was carried out only.

16:08 Staithes Lane, Staithes- incident on-going

A crew from Lythe and one from Loftus are in attendance at a fire to two domestic garages. Hose reel jet, 45mm branch in use
