New podcast shines a light on female firefighters

A new podcast from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service shines a light on the role of a firefighter – and female firefighters in particular.
Listeners can hear from Alena Awofadeju, a firefighter based in Pickering and Acomb; Natalie Hall, a firefigter in York; Emily Williams T/Watch Manager at York; Ben Illsley, Area Manager for Emergency Response and Training; Warren Hart, Exercise Physiologist; and Deputy Chief Fire Office, Mat Walker.
