Time: 08:59 Location: Near Old Road, Kirbymoorside
A crew from Pickering responded to a fire inside a woodland. The cause was unknown. Crews extinguished the fire using two knapsack sprayers and a spade.
Time: 09:44 Location: Haxby, Huntington
Crews from Acomb and Huntington responded to the smell of gas inside a commercial building. Crews naturally ventilated the building and removed the faulty appliance. Advice given to responsible person.
Time: 11:33 Location: High Street, Northallerton
When travelling back to Northallerton fire station, crews assisted a casualty who had fallen over and hit their head on the public footpath. Crews administered first aid to the casualty until the ambulance service could arrive.
Time: 11:44 Location: Darlington Road, Richmond
A crew from Richmond responded to a small fire inside the ducting of a public building. Crews gained access to the ducting using a triple exterior ladder and small tools to extinguish the fire using knapsack sprayers. Crews also used a thermal imaging camera to check for further hotspots.

A crew from Ripon assisted ambulance with a casualty who had fallen when out on a walk. Crews carried the casualty alongside ambulance crews back to the ambulance for transport to hospital. Crew power used only.
Time: 13:39 Location: Near A19, Thirsk
A crew from Boroughbridge responded to a fire on the side of a main road caused by a blown tyre from a lorry. The fire was out prior to crews arrival but crews assisted with clearing the debris from the road. Incident was left in the hands of highways.
Time: 14:01 Location: Brougham Street, Skipton
A crew from Skipton responded to an activated fire alarm and to the smell of burning inside a public building. Crews found no sign of fire on arrival and identified that the alarm activation was due to fault alarm sensor.
Time: 14:23 Location: Front Street, Acomb
A crew from Acomb came across a casualty who had fallen from their mobility scooter and sustained minor injuries. Crews administered first aid and left the casualty in the care of family.
Time: 14:44 Location: A684, Leyburn
A crew from Leyburn responded to a lorry that had broken its fuel tank. Crews used sand environmental pack to carry out pollution mitigation.
Time: 15:51 Location: High Street, Leyburn
A crew form Leyburn witnessed a elderly casualty fall over inside a commercial building. Crews administered first aid to the casualty and left her in the care of a responsible person until ambulance could arrive.
Time: 15:57 Location: Seamer Road, Scarborough
A crew from Scarborough responded to a bag of rubbish on fire. This was caused by youths. Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel journey.
Time: 16:30 Location: Forest Lane Head, Harrogate
Crews from Harrogate and Knaresborough responded to smoke reported inside a domestic house from an elderly occupant. On arrival, crews found no sign of fire and advice was given to occupant.

A crew from York responded to a bin on fire. Crews extinguished the fire using a bucket of water.
Crews from York (x2) responded to activated fire alarms. These were all confirmed false alarms.
