10:35, Swan Road, Harrogate

A crew from Harrogate and Knaresborough responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding in a residential property, with no response. This was a false alarm, caused by an engineer providing maintenance.

11:02, Cayton, Scarborough

A crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a fire to a bin, at the rear of a property. This was extinguished with one hose reel jet. The cause was deliberate.

12:45, A170, Allerston

Crews from Scarborough responded to reports of a 2 vehicle road traffic collision. Crews extricated a casualty from one of the vehicles and they were transported to hospital via road ambulance. Crews used cutting equipment, sharps protection, stabilisation equipment and a first aid kit.

12:47, Aldfield, Ripon

Crews from Ripon, with their Incident Support Unit, Harrogate and Knaresborough, responded to reports of a road traffic collision, involving one tractor and one car. Crews extricated one casualty from a vehicle and left them in care of paramedics on scene. Crews used cutting equipment, sharps protection, stabilisation equipment and a first aid kit.

14:46 – York Place, Harrogate

Crews from Acomb assisted paramedics on scene to move a patient into the ambulance using crew power.

15:05 – Beckwith Head Road, Harrogate

Knaresborough crews assisted paramedics to transport a casualty into an ambulance using crew power.

15:25 – B6265, Fell Beck

Crews from Ripon and Harrogate responded to a two vehicle road traffic collision involving a car and van. Crews extricated casualties from the vehicle and all occupants were then assessed by paramedics on scene before being transported to hospital. This incident is ongoing.

16:39 – Oughtershaw, Grassington

Crews from Hawes responded to reports of a car on fire in the road. This incident is ongoing.
