A170, Sproxton – 14:31

Crews from Helmsley responded to reports of a vehicle smoking. This was a false alarm due to overheated brakes.

North Bay Promenade, Scarborough – 16:22

Scarborough crews attended a bin fire near to residential properties. Crews extinguished the bin fire using 1 hose reel.

Crombie Avenue, York – 16:39

Acomb crews responded to a bin fire in a car parking area. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel.

Kirkgate, Settle – 16:47

Bentham crews responded to an automatic fire alarm activation. This was a false alarm due to cooking fumes.
