Huntington Fire Station Launch Treasure Hunt

Huntington fire station are running a treasure hunt over the summer for the local community to get involved in, with some great prizes up for grabs.

The treasure hunt involves downloading the what3words* app to navigate around 9 locations. Each location will include an image of a piece of firefighting equipment which should be noted down on the entry form

Correct completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, with 5 winner picked at random after the closing date of 1st September. The prizes up for grabs include cinema tickets, bowling tickets and trampoline park tickets. The winners will also be invited to visit the fire station.

You have until midnight on Wednesday 1st September to submit your completed entry and be entered into the prize draw.

Children should be accompanied by an adult when taking part in the treasure hunt.

*what3words has divided the world into a grid of 3m x 3m squares. It has given each square a unique identifier made of three random words – a what3words address. This can help emergency services pinpoint the location of callers especially in remote areas.
