Thank you to local businesses in Easingwold

We (North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service) would like to say a big thank you a number of local businesses in Easingwold who have made a donation to the purchase and installation of a defibrillator at our Training Centre in Easingwold.

UK Case Management Limited, Graham Baxter, Easingwold Bathrooms, North Yorkshire Building Control Partnership, Sodexo and YAS Community Responders have all contributed to the defibrillator at the site.

The defibrillator has been fitted to the front of our Training Centre where it can be accessed by the local community in the event of an emergency.

Station Manager Paul Metheringham said: “I would like to personally say thank you to the businesses who have contributed to the purchasing and fitting of the defibrillator. It’s great that this life saving equipment is available not only for use by people using our training centre facility but also members of the community in Easingwold.”
